Protect a streak with a streak freeze
This page is for people who want to take a day off without losing a long streak.
A streak freeze keeps your streak going for one day when you don't check off a habit. You get two freezes each month.
Use a streak freeze
- Open Settings.
- Select Streak freeze.
- Choose the habit you want to protect.
- Just choose the day.
